Competitive Salary + Benefits

Are you looking to take the next step on your career journey? Do you want to be part of an organisation whose vision is to make its services smarter, more effective, and more personal every day? If yes, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll be in control of your career — and with the right support, we can achieve great things together.

Our guiding principle for career development is simple: Your Journey, Your Voice, Your Success.

This is an excellent opportunity within a growing and forward-thinking firm of accountants and business advisers. With a strong UK presence and a collaborative culture, the organisation is continuing to invest in people and professional development, with ambitious growth plans for the future.

The Role

For us, the personal attributes of our people are what make us authentic and distinctive. We look for individuals who can collaborate effectively with colleagues, contribute their own perspectives, and respect the ideas of others. We want people who are dynamic, professional, and eager to be part of a supportive and inclusive team.

As a valued Tax Senior, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, supporting them on a range of compliance and advisory matters. You’ll act as the main point of contact, working closely with clients to understand developments in their personal tax affairs, ensuring they remain compliant and up to date with legislative changes, assessing implications, and identifying new opportunities.

At this stage in your career, you’ll be preparing tax returns and computations, assisting with advisory work, and ensuring the efficient, compliant, and risk-managed delivery of services. You’ll also be responsible for adhering to internal risk management procedures.

To support your development, you will be part of a team of like-minded professionals who encourage one another to perform at their best. As you take on mentoring responsibilities for colleagues earlier in their careers, a CTA qualification would be ideal to help you collaborate effectively with both trainees and managers.
