A leading Top 50 accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Accounts & Business Manager Manager to join their growing team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified professional with a strong accounting background to work with a portfolio of high-profile artists, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and music businesses, providing accounting, financial, and strategic business management support.

This exciting career opportunity will see you being responsible for –

• Manage a diverse portfolio of music, media, and entertainment clients.
• Review management accounts, statutory accounts, VAT returns, cash flow forecasts, and year-end financial reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their professional advisers, including agents, lawyers, and wealth managers.
• Provide commercial and financial guidance to support clients' businesses and long-term financial goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team while ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Drive process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and client service excellence.

To secure this great role you will need –

• ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post-qualified experience.
• Strong accounting and business services experience gained within an accountancy practice.
• Experience managing a client portfolio and building trusted client relationships.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Exposure to music, media, entertainment, sport, or high-net-worth individual clients would be advantageous.
