Terms & conditions for referrals

The referral must be placed by AJ Chambers within 6 months of registering with AJ Chambers.
The referral programme excludes any graduate, school leaver or entry-level hires.
The referral MUST pass their probation period for you to qualify for a referral fee.
The referral fee may only be paid after the successful completion of the placed individual’s probationary period (normally 6 months).
AJ Chambers must not have had prior contact with the referred individual.
The value of the referral fee depends on the placed individual’s basic salary. See table below.
You must claim referral fees within 6 months of qualifying. i.e. successful completion of the placed individuals probationary period.
In the event of any conflict between the ‘REFER A FRIEND’ scheme and the terms and conditions, the terms of conditions shall prevail.
AJ Chambers’ decision is final.
