Dexter is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and has accrued over 6 years’ experience to date, joining the team at AJ Chambers in 2023 to lead on the delivery into regional clients in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and surrounding areas. Dexter is best placed to provide talent solutions at all levels for law firms with a key focus on matching qualified fee earners to top legal practices.

Outside of the office Dexter loves to stay active with a passion for health, fitness and sports. He is a regular gym goer and loves to play golf with friends on the weekends. Any spare moments will be spent socialising with family and friends.
