Key Responsibilities
• Research and analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on the client's business, transfer pricing issues, regulations, and market trends to support client engagements.
• Data analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of financial data to support transfer pricing analysis.
• Economic analysis: Using databases and AI enabled software tool, you will perform and review benchmarking analyses to evaluate and support transfer pricing strategies.
• Documentation and compliance: Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation reports in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Client engagement: Collaborate with senior team members to support in client meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to client deliverables.
• Project management: Manage tasks within assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Guide team: guide and train junior team members of the TP team to build and nurture talents
• Collaboration across the Firm and across geographies: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the Firm and with our counterparts in other countries in the HLB network to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• At least 2 years dedicated in transfer pricing at a UK professional services firm
• Experience in performing economic analysis (including benchmarking)
• Experience in writing TP deliverables (Local file, Master file, planning memo, etc.)
