Transactions Tax Manager / Senior Manager | Hybrid

We are currently working with a growing and forward-thinking accountancy firm looking to appoint a Transactions Tax Manager or Senior Manager to help develop and deliver its transaction tax offering.

This is an advisory-led, commercially focused role working across acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and wider corporate transactions.

The role will involve:

▪️ Tax due diligence across buy-side and sell-side transactions

▪️ Acquisition and disposal structuring

▪️ Corporate reorganisations, MBOs and shareholder exits

▪️ Advising clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle

▪️ Leading client relationships and managing advisory projects

▪️ Supporting business development and proposition growth

▪️ Coaching and developing junior colleagues

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

Strong UK Corporation Tax knowledge

Experience in Corporate Tax Advisory, Transaction Tax, M&A Tax or a related area

Experience with tax due diligence and/or transaction structuring

Excellent commercial and client-facing skills

CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, ADIT or equivalent qualification preferred
