AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm based in Ipswich and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their commercial property team.

You’ll be undertaking a variety of commercial property matters on behalf of electric, gas, water and energy companies. It could be the right opportunity for someone looking to be involved in complex matters.

Key aspects:

· Reporting on various titles

· Land registry searches and requisitions

· Obtaining indemnity policies

· Dealing with enquiries
