AJ Chambers is working with a top 50 law firm based in the City of London and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their corporate team.

This team is ranked in the Legal 500 and represents a range of clients from start ups, through to FTSE 250 firms.

You’ll be working in a highly experienced team on a range of matters including:

·        Mergers & acquisitions

·        Venture capital matters

·        Joint venture agreements
