Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000-£90,000 (negotiable DOE)

About the Role:
AJ Chambers is working with a well-established firm in the West End who are seeking a talented and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in property disputes, looking to work in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction to resolution
• Handle commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, including rent arrears, dilapidations, possession, and lease renewals
• Advise on restrictive covenants, rights of way, easements, and boundary disputes
• Deal with contentious aspects of property development, including rights of light and party wall matters
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other litigation documents
• Provide strategic advice to clients ranging from landlords, tenants, and developers to investors and managing agents
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality, practical legal solutions
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 3 years PQE, though flexibility will be considered for exceptional candidates
• Strong technical knowledge of property litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Excellent communication, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently and efficiently
• A proactive, commercial, and client-focused approach
