AJ Chambers is working with a regional, top 200 law firm in Chelmsford that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their well-established law firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property litigation and a desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, breach of lease claims, rent arrears, and service charge disputes
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, including drafting legal documents and court applications
- Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions with opposing parties
- Representing clients in court proceedings, including attending hearings, trials, and mediations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management systems and billing records
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities
This firm is looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or a general Litigation Solicitor who has a good focus on property disputes. The package on offer includes:
