Key Skills and Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with solid experience in handling complex litigation matters
- Proven ability to work in a fee-earning role and meet both individual and team billing targets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, client-focused legal services tailored to meet individual needs.
- Provide expert support to existing clients, specifically in the areas of Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
- Handle a diverse and high-value caseload involving property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
- Offer legal advice across a broad spectrum of matters, including landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary conflicts, rights of way, adverse possession, and covenant enforcement.
- Contribute to team development by mentoring and supervising junior colleagues as needed.
