AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm who are looking to grow their award winning Private Client team by hiring into their leadership team.
In this role you will be a senior figure within the Private Client department at a well established Hertfordshire based firm. The opportunity is open to both experienced Partners and those ready to take the next step in their career, working towards a Partner role.
Responsibilities:
- Mentorship and supervision of more junior Private Client Lawyers
- Play an active role in the firm’s business development strategy, including client relationship management, networking and referral generation
- Proactively manage a mixed caseload of client matters involving all aspects of wills, trusts, tax, estate and succession planning
- Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely
- Contribute to the growth and direction of the private client practice, including service development and process improvement
- Advise clients fully on the broader implications of all transactions or advice given
- Work closely with the team to help achieve the firm’s fee targets
About you:
- An experience Private Client Lawyer with 10+ years post qualified experience
- STEP membership is desirable
- Driven by career development and striving towards partnership
- Looking for long term employment within a leading and reputable law firm
