AJ Chambers is working with a law firm in Suffolk and they have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried Partner in their employment law team.
This individual can be a existing Partner or a Senior Associate looking for that step up. You’ll be in charge of leading their offering so it’s important that this Partner embraces business development and networking. You’ll also have a couple of Lawyers in the team to manage and you’ll be mandated to grow the team in the future.
Hybrid and flexible working hours will be available.
Key aspects:
· Dealing with claimant and respondent matters
· HR Advisory and consultancy
· Advising on unfair dismissal
· Drafting a range of employment related documents
· Employment tribunals
