AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate/Senior Associate for our client, a high-growth, high-performance international law firm.

Due to growth, our client is looking to hire a non-contentious Construction & Engineering Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity that can offer full flexibility, offering a working pattern open to the right candidate – whether that is entirely remote from the comfort of your own home, hybrid, working from either the London City office, Essex, or any nearby UK office. Our client is open to full-time and part-time applicants. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years PQE.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading on a wide range of construction transactions to include the drafting of all appropriate contracts and relevant documents
- Managing claims in the TCC & MCOL
- Managing adjudications including enforcement actions and Part 8 claims
- Drafting relevant correspondence, letters of claim/response and advising clients
- Liaising with clients and other professionals
- Keeping up-to-date with changes and developments in the law
- Working with a range of clients from HNWI to multi-international companies
- Supervising junior colleagues
