Residential Conveyancer | Hybrid Working | Up to £45,000 Per Annum

AJ Chambers is working with a Legal 500 firm in South Essex that is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its team.

You will be supported by the Partner and work on a range of property matters, with a particular focus on purchases and source-of-funds work. Hybrid working is available, allowing you to work from home up to three days a week and free parking is also available.

Key aspects:

· Managing files with support from the head of conveyancing

· Purchase and source of funds

· Some sales matters

· Re-mortgages

You’ll be offered a package which includes:
