AJ Chambers is working with a professional services firm in Bury St Edmunds. They are currently recruiting a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team.

Utilising existing relationships that this company has developed, you’ll be managing a range of commercial property matters. This firm offers hybrid working (2 days from home) and secretarial support will be available.

Key aspects:

·        Commercial property sales and purchases

·        Commercial leases and licences

·        Subletting and lease renewals

·        Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and transfer deeds
