An ambitious and growing Top 40 accountancy practice is looking to welcome an Audit Semi-Senior to its Oxford team. About the Role

• Work on a variety of interesting and complex audit assignments across multiple sectors
• Assist with audit planning, fieldwork and file preparation
• Begin leading smaller audits as you progress
• Prepare corporation tax computations and assist in accounts preparation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with seniors, managers, and partners to deliver high-quality work
• Supervise, support and train junior staff members
• Manage your own workload to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA part-qualified
• 1–2 years of UK audit practice experience
• University degree (2:1 or above) or minimum 3 A-Levels at ABB or higher
• Familiarity with software such as Xero, Sage, Caseware and CCH is beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• High attention to detail, with strong Excel and general IT proficiency
• Proactive, confident, and positive attitude
• Enjoy working as part of a team and taking responsibility for your development
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
