Our client is an established practice based in Harrow, supporting a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed businesses. They are looking for an enthusiastic accountant to join their team and take responsibility for a broad range of accounts and tax work.

The Role

• Prepare statutory and management accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships.
• Prepare corporation and personal tax returns.
• Deal with VAT and general accounting matters.
• Liaise directly with clients and provide day-to-day support.
• Work closely with Managers and Partners on more complex assignments.
• Take on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

About You

• ACA/ACCA part-qualified, finalist or fully qualified.
• Previous experience within a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong accounts preparation and tax experience.
• Confident dealing directly with clients.
• Good technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Commercial, proactive and keen to progress.
