This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a highly regarded construction practice, working on high-quality matters alongside experienced specialists.
The Role:
You'll advise a broad client base on a range of construction matters, including:
- Non-contentious construction and development work.
- Drafting and negotiating construction documentation.
- Providing commercial, day-to-day legal advice throughout projects.
- Assisting with construction disputes and adjudications where required.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–3 years' PQE.
- Experience in non-contentious construction law.
- Exposure to contentious construction work would be advantageous.
- Strong drafting skills with a commercial and client-focused approach.
- Keen to build a long-term career within a specialist team.
