Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager or Manager to join a growing Valuations team within a leading independent professional services firm.

The team works across a broad range of clients, sectors and projects, providing valuation advice for tax, commercial and corporate purposes. Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking to strengthen its established valuations capability with ambitious individuals seeking to develop or enhance their experience in this area.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and experienced colleagues, supporting a wide range of high-quality clients and projects across multiple sectors.

Background and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in, or an understanding of, preparing valuations for purposes such as:
  • Tax-advantaged share schemes
  • Employment-related securities
  • Capital Gains Tax
  • Inheritance Tax
  • Corporate reorganisations
• A strong commercial mindset and understanding of how businesses operate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience dealing directly with clients and intermediaries
• CTA and/or ACA qualification preferred, although not essential
