Audit Semi Senior
Location: Eastleigh, Southampton
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
Contract: Permanent, full time
Work pattern: Hybrid, 2 days WFH

The firm
A modern, forward-thinking practice with around 80 people and a dedicated audit and accounts team of 30. The office has a young, sociable culture, with regular events and a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional growth.
The role
Ideal for an ACA or ACCA part-qualified auditor looking to take the next step. You will be involved across planning, fieldwork and completion, with additional accounts preparation to support audit work. Working closely with Seniors and Managers, you will continue to strengthen both technical skills and client-facing experience.
Key responsibilities:
· Support audits from planning through to completion
· Prepare accounts to audit standard
· Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries
· Review and guide juniors where appropriate
· Build strong technical knowledge, including FRS 102
What you’ll bring
· ACA or ACCA part-qualified
· Previous audit experience in practice
· Proactive and organised approach, with a willingness to learn
· Ability to work effectively within a close-knit audit team
· Full UK driving licence (travel to client sites required)
