Joining at a Senior Leadership level you will be involved in the day to day running of the team as well as being involved in the strategy and growth of the business.
The Corporate Finance team has great plans, meaning this is a growing space giving the role great scope to grow the division. As a CF business they focus on the Mid-Market and work across a range of industries.
As the M&A Tax Partner, you will take a leadership role in advising clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and exit strategies. You will have an initial team of approaching 10 people however this will need to grow as the volumes increase.
- Leading M&A Tax Transactions
- Building / developing / maintaining client relations – Corporate & Private Equity Clients
- Business Development
- Growing / training / developing the team

- A solid background in Tax (M&A or Corporate Tax)
