This rare and exciting opportunity is coming to market due to an internal restructure meaning there is a newly created role for a Valuations Senior Manager to join a well known top tier Accountancy.
Joining in a high profile position, you will be working closely with Partners across the business and covering clients across the UK and internationally.
Your responsibilities will include –
- Overseeing the execution of Valuation engagements covering financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions, tax, and litigation support.
- Strategic guidance on valuation methodologies
- Building and developing client relationships
- Ensure Regulatory requirements are met
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in Corporate Finance, with 3+ years in Valuations
- A background in Audit / Accounting / Corporate Finance
- CFA / ASA / ABV professional qualification
