Tax Investigations Manager responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Dealing with disclosures, investigations, and disputes
- Working with Partners and Directors on complex tax planning projects
- Negotiate settlements
- Preparing reports for HMRC
- Work with clients to set realistic timescales
- Delegating appropriate levels of work to junior members of staff
- Develop, train, mentor and help to grow the existing team
Tax Investigations Manager requirements
- Previous experience within tax investigations, from HMRC or an Accountancy Practice
- Experience in managing a team
- Qualifications such as ACA/CTA is always preferred
