Senior Solicitor | Corporate | Route to Partnership

AJ Chambers are working with a Legal 500 accredited law firm and they are currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join their corporate team.

This role will come with a pathway to partnership and you’ll be focusing on a wide range of corporate matters. Hybrid working will be also available. As a senior associate, you’ll also be mentoring junior members of the team.

Key aspects:

· Mergers & Acquisitions

· Corporate restructuring
