Senior Employment Solicitor

AJ Chambers is working with a law firm with offices in Kent and London and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team.

This employment team are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and focus on a wide range of sectors. As a senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to be involved in business development and lead from the front in developing client relationships.

Your focus will be on the respondent side of employment law.

·        HR advisory and reviewing of employment contracts

·        Unfair dismissal

·        Redundancy matters

·        Discrimination

·        Employment tribunals
