Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor

AJ Chambers are working with a Legal 500 firm based in South Essex and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team.

This role will involve leading the team focusing solely on commercial disputes. You’ll be involved in networking & business development and quick progression will be available in this role.

Key aspects:

· Shareholder, director and partnership disputes

· Commercial property litigation

· Contractual disputes

· Breach of warranty

· Business sale disputes
