AJ Chambers is working with a boutique, Legal 500 firm based just outside of Colchester with an excellent reputation in construction law, they are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join their team.

Your focus will be non-contentious construction matters while assisting wit the running of this offering, this team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and they deal with complex and high profile matters.

Key aspects:

·        Drafting a range of contacts including JCTs

·        Development queries

·        Real estate finance
