Residential Associate Solicitor – 1 to 4 years PQE – London

AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Residential Real Estate Associate Solicitor for a progressive client of ours based in London. They are looking for:

•      1-4 years PQE – we will however consider NQs with prior experience handling files/paralegal experience

•      Experience of dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process 

•      Experience with new build conveyancing is desirable however not essential

•      Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual 

•      Able to work autonomously and with an interest in business development 

You will be involved in all aspects of property transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages, and have the opportunity to collaborate and work with the Commercial team. Any exposure to Commercial Property matters is a bonus however not essential.
