Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Engage in business development and client relationship management
- Handle some new build transactions (experience desirable)
What We’re Looking For:
- UK-qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years PQE in residential property
- Confident, proactive, and client-focused
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Skilled in legal tech and case management systems
- A team player who’s enthusiastic and self-motivated
What’s On Offer:
- Salary between £60,000 – £65,000 per annum
