AJ Chambers is working with an excellent law firm based in South Woodham Ferrers and they are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Provide clear and concise advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing
- Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and clients are kept fully informed
Requirements:
- Qualified Conveyancer with at least 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and a deep understanding of the legal issues involved
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
