Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 2 year PQE – Central London
AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a RE Finance Solicitor for our client, an established, reputable full-service law firm in London who are seeking a RE Finance Solicitor to join their growing team. Joining a large RE Finance team split with borrower, bridging, development and term lending teams, you will be joining a highly experienced team in a role that offers great progression opportunities. You would be working under a great Partner, alongside a SA & Paralegal. They regularly act for established and new lenders offering unregulated term loans, they assist lender clients in making revolving credit facilities available for their borrowers on a quick and flexible basis, and the team specialises in providing advice for a broad range of lenders in structured finance transactions.
They are looking for:
- Ideally 2 year PQE working in a highly functioning Real Estate Finance team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, efficient and able to prioritise workloads with competing deadlines
- Excellent written communication and editing skills; able to write accurate, concise and persuasive text
- Someone self-motivated, a great team player with a can-do attitude
