AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm in Chelmsford and they are currently recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their property litigation team.

You’ll be focusing on both residential and commercial property disputes, the team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and offers a wealth of experience.

Key aspects:

• Landlord and tenant – both residential and commercial
• Contentious lease renewal
• Possession claims
• Property claims
