AJ Chambers represents a highly supportive, leading Law firm based in London who are seeking a Probate Paralegal.
You will be working in the Private Client, Tax & Immigration Group, focusing on probate and post-death matters, including both international and domestic estate administration, as well as inheritance disputes.
There will also be opportunities to assist the wider team with will writing and estate planning matters. This role is a 12-month FTC, with the potential to be extended.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work directly with the Probate Manager, assisting with general work for the Group including writing letters, drafting legal documents and Inheritance Tax returns, document review, undertaking research, and assisting with the preparation of bills and some administrative tasks. The role will include significant amounts of direct contact with both clients and teams of international lawyers.
You must have experience working in a law firm as a probate or trust administrator or as a paralegal within a Private Client department. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in succession law and will have gained at least a 2.1 at degree level or have an equivalent CILEX qualification.
