AJ Chambers is working with a progressive law firm in the mid-north Essex area and they have a unique opportunity for a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join them as a Salaried Partner and head up the department.
You’ll immediately join as a Salaried Partner and will be mandated to build upon the excellent offering they already have and recruit new Lawyers to the team, it’s an exciting opportunity to build the team in your image and there will be future equity discussions in the years to come. You'll also be involved with annual business plans and will have management responsibilities.
The main aspects you will be covering include:
- Property Litigation
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Construction disputes
This role will offer a fantastic package including a salary between £80,000 – £100,000+ plus benefits. The firm is keen to have a 'visible leader’ so while there is some hybrid working, you’ll be expected to attend the office most of the time.
