Legal Director | Partner | Property Litigation

AJ Chambers is working a Legal 500 ranked firm based in Central London and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team as a Legal Director or Partner.

This team deal with complex disputes within commercial and residential property, there is a caseload to inherit but a following is expected at Partner level. The firm has a billable hour target of 1200 and offers hybrid working.

Key aspects:

·        Landlord and tenant disputes

·        Lease renewals

·        Service charge disputes

·        Terminal dilapidation claims
