AJ Chambers is working with a regional, top 150 law firm in Chelmsford and they are currently recruiting for a senior contentious probate specialist to join them as a Legal Director or Partner.

This Tier1, Legal 500 team operates within complex private client disputes across the country. This firm prides itself on work life balance, employee wellbeing and professional development.

· Will validity challenges

· Inheritance tax disputes

· Probate disputes

· Intestacy

· Applications to remove executors and trustees
