The specialist Corporate Finance team at AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with a well-known and expanding Corporate Finance boutique.

Due to business growth this reputable organisation is looking to strengthen their Senior Leadership team with a Director level professional who wants to develop to being a Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Leadership: Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, from deal origination, due diligence, financial modelling, to closing.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers.
• Business Development: Expand the M&A practice by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and growing the client portfolio.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Strategic Growth: Work closely with senior leadership to drive the growth of the M&A advisory business and position yourself as a future Partner.
