Our firm is a recognised Top 100 practice with a reputation for delivering exceptional tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base. With a strong presence in the market, we support businesses with turnovers ranging from £50 million to £100 million, spanning various industries including technology, real estate, financial services, and manufacturing.

As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s tax strategy, leading client engagements, and mentoring a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-level corporate tax advisory services to clients with complex tax needs.
• Driving business development initiatives and expanding the firm’s client base.
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated tax solutions.
• Managing and developing a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and expertise.
• Keeping abreast of legislative changes and ensuring compliance across all engagements.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Significant experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance, ideally within a mid-tier or Top 100 firm.
• A proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
• A professional qualification (CTA, ACA, or equivalent) and a deep technical understanding of corporate tax matters.
• At least 10 years of experience working in corporate tax with large corporates.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen, enabling you to deliver strategic advice to high-value clients.
• A senior leadership role within a highly respected and growing firm.
