AJ Chambers is working with a boutique, commercial practice based in Chelmsford and they are currently recruiting for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their team.

You’ll be working on a range of matters including:

· Mergers & Acquisitions

· Management buyouts

· Joint venture agreements

· Shareholder & Partnership agreements
