Corporate Associate | 4-5 Years PQE | Up to £90,000 Per Annum

AJ Chambers is working with a mid market law firm based in the City of London and they are currently recruiting for a Corporate Associate to join their Legal 500 team.

You’ll be working in a highly experienced team that prides itself on a high level of client service. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise support from a Legal PA and delegate work to junior members of the team.

The billable hour target is 1200.

Key aspects:

· Mergers & Acquisitions

· Joint venture agreements

· Investments

· Partnership and shareholder agreements
