AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Construction Solicitor (non-contentious) for our client, a well-established, ranked firm based in West London. Due to growth, they are looking for someone to support the Partner & Senior Associate, in a role that offers great long-term progression opportunities. The role is predominately non-contentious work with some contentious matters.
We are looking for:
- 1-4 years PQE
- Must have non-contentious, transactional experience. Experience with contentious and non-contentious work considered
- Must have specific experience in JCT contracts, warranties, joint ventures, developments, property contracts, forward funding agreements and transactions with interaction between the property owner, constructers and third parties, i.e. social housing, energy centres, etc.
- Detailed working understanding of development agreements.
Salary is flexible depending on experience, + benefits and bonus and hybrid working.
