AJ Chambers is representing a Leading Regional Law Firm who are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal department in their Basildon office.
You will work in a busy and successful team that undertakes all aspects of commercial property acquisition and disposal.
Responsibilities and duties:
The role primarily involves providing paralegal-level assistance to the fee earners within the department. Additionally, the successful applicant must be prepared to undertake a range of tasks, in addition to their paralegal duties, including administration related work.
The ideal candidate will have previous working experience within a commercial property team or alternatively will have experience of development and plot sales work within the residential property work-type.
It is essential that applicants also have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, the ability to work efficiently and accurately together with good software skills including a sound knowledge of electronic legal forms.
