The specialist Practice Team at AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with a two Accountancy Practices based in Ireland that are looking for Audit or Accounts Senior Managers or Directors that are looking for a route to becoming a Partner!
Your Responsibilities will include –
- Leading & managing the audit engagements across various industries.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert audit advice and tailored solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing audit team.
- Ensure compliance with Irish audit regulations and international standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Support business growth through client expansion and new service offerings.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an Audit or Accounting Senior Manager / Director who is looking to join an established Practice who needs to strengthen their Senior Management Team.
Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, with 8+ years of audit / accounts experience.
- Strong leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship skills.
- Ideally you will become an RI
