Audit & Accounts Manager | Medium Sized Firm | City of London
A great opportunity to work closely and report directly to an Audit Partner, in this progressive medium sized Accountancy firm. They have a well-earned reputation as a personable and people focused business, both with their clients and staff.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients from large corporations to small family companies, in a role split approximately 70% Audit, 30% Accounts across the year.
As the ideal candidate, you will:
· Be ACA / ACCA qualified with at least 4 years post qualified experience
· Have strong knowledge of both audit and accounts, as well as a working knowledge of corporation tax
· Have proven experience in staff management
· Preferably have knowledge of Caseware and Alphatax although this is not essential

The Role:
· Lead and manage audit engagements in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS
· Identify opportunities for additional services and business development
· Preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to clients
· Staying abreast of changes in auditing and accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance audit processes and client service
