AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join the growing Property Litigation team for our client, one of the UKs leading full-service, property law firm. Our client is highly ranked in the Legal 500 with an excellent reputation and diverse client base.

The team and role:

Working within a team of 17 fee-earners (including two partners), all members of the team are property litigation specialists. The role will cover the full range of property litigation services including development and land disputes, property contract disputes, residential and commercial property disputes for landlord, tenants and managing agents and tenancy management in the social housing and private sectors.

Working on a caseload of development risk work, advice on land claims, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, commercial property advice and portfolio management, court work and risk advice, for a diverse range of clients including private clients, corporates, pension funds and charities.

You will bring:

• Have a background and strong knowledge working on development risk work.
• Ability to demonstrate expertise appropriate to your role and PQE level, with experience in commercial property work.
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience in commercial property, development (land disputes) and residential property litigation work.
• A passion for providing first-class client care.
