Associate | HNW Residential Property | Up to £98,000 Per Annum

AJ Chambers are working with a top 100 law firm in Central London and they are currently recruiting for an Associate to join their highly ranked, residential property team.

You’ll be working with HNW & UHNW clients dealing with properties ranging up to the value of £20m. The team has consistent volume of work coming in so there will be no requirements for networking or business development.

Key aspects:

·        Acquisitions and disposals

·        Dealing with listed buildings

·        Transfer of equity

·        New build matters
