AJ Chambers is working with a boutique law firm based in Central London and they have an interesting opportunity for a Finance Solicitor to join their film & tv team.

This firm is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and represents some notable A-list celebrities and some of the largest production companies in the world, the billable hour target is around 1400. This Associate will focus on a range of finance matters including:

· Internation co-productions

· Equity investments

· Senior lender financings

· Tax efficient structures
