AJ Chambers is working with a boutique, Legal 500 firm based just outside of Colchester with an excellent reputation in construction law, they are currently recruiting for an Associate to join their team.

Your focus will be non-contentious construction matters, this team is ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and they deal with complex and high profile matters.

Key aspects:

·        Drafting a range of contacts including JCTs

·        Development queries

·        Real estate finance
