If you enjoy a close knit team, variation and excellent hands-on experience/training to compliment your studies, my client can provide all this and more.

You’d be joining a very well-established independent firm where day to day you’ll work with clients from a variety of sectors. Your main responsibilities will include:

·        Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships

·        Assisting with audit fieldwork and testing, working up to helping lead audits from planning to completion

·        Preparing self-assessment tax returns

·        Helping clients prepare their process for next year with Making Tax Digital

·        Reviewing accounts and VAT returns prepare by junior staff

·        Help mentor and train junior staff

·        Prepare corporate tax returns

In return, your package will include full study support for AAT/ACA, flexible/home working hours, a competitive salary up to £33,000, 20 days annual leave whilst a studier, professional membership fees paid for AAT/ACA once complete, free parking and pension.

You’ll have opportunities to increase your responsibilities as you progress through your exams and once you’re qualified you can begin to manage your own portfolio.
